NICE operates in the city's of Sandpoint, Ponderay, Sagle, Dover and Kootenai Idaho.

Our operation hours are from 7:30 A.M. till 4:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday. We are closed on most federal holidays.

Our phone service hours are from 8:00 A.M. till 4:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday.

We are a demand response service and advance appointments are required.

Call our office at 208-263-7287 at least 24 hours in advance and we will schedule your pick-up and return appointments. 

NICE is public transportation open to anyone. 

The cost is $ 2.00 each way, donation only for senior citizens (thanks to a grant provided by aging and adult services of Idaho). We can bill Idaho State Medicaid for qualified trips with 24 hours notice.
